Following places of the Club are declared as ‘Public Places’:
a) Main Hall,
b) Bar
c) Main Lawn (adjacent to the Bar)
d) Billiards Room
e) Dining Hall (A/c & Non A/c)
f) Lounge
g) Conference Room
h) Party Lawn (the lawn between the Pavilion and the Swimming Pool)
i) Library and Reading Room
j) Card Room
k) Pavilion
a) Club Dress Regulations laid down by the Committee are applicable to all including Members, Members’ children, guests and occupants in Club Chambers, the guests of those Members hosting parties, and Members of affiliated Clubs.
b) The dress code for members and guests shall be smart casuals or formal national dress with covered/closed foot wear. Ladies are expected to be dressed appropriately. Shirts without collars, shorts, torn jeans and rubber footwear are not permitted any time.
c) The dress code for Children will be applicable from the age of 15 years.
d) Gentleman wearing half trousers and round neck are not allowed to enter the Public Places at any time.
e) Gentleman / Ladies, who have been taking part in Tennis, Swimming or any other exercise, are to change before they enter in Public Places.
f) Gentleman / Ladies wearing torn jeans, rubber / hawai / foam chapples are not allowed in Public Places of the Club at any time
g) Members shall ensure that their guests when invited to attend Club activities are clothed as per Club Dress Regulations and no relaxation on any grounds shall be permitted.
h) The Committee shall view seriously, any type of violation of Club Dress Regulations and shall take appropriate action to avoid such recurrence.
a) Children of Resident or Nonresident Life or ordinary Member are deemed to be children/ Dependant Member up to the age of 25.
b) Any persons below the age of 18 years are not permitted to enter the bar.
a) Guests are permitted to use the club and its facilities only when accompanied by the host Member of the Club.
b) A Member is entitled to bring up to six guests at a time.
c) On Special Nights and on Special Buffet Dinner, the Committee shall specify the number of guests that a Member may bring in. Such guests are not counted against the calculated maximum number of guests permitted to be entertained on ordinary occasions. This shall be so, as well, in the case of guests attending private parties.
d) A Member’s dependant is not entitled to bring in guests to the Club.
e) Guest charges as fixed by the Committee from time to time shall be applicable. At present guest fee is Rs.100 + taxes per guest per day.
a) The Telephone exchange shall be manned at all times.
b) Charges as fixed by the Committee from time to time shall be applicable.
a) Club staff shall not be employed by Members or visitors for carrying messages etc. or for any duties not connected with the general services of the Club.
b) No staffs of the Club shall be reprimanded or punished by any Member.
c) Complaints if any, about the staff shall be brought to the notice of the Honorary Secretary / Manager directly in writing or through the complaints book.
Private servants & drivers shall not be permitted in any of the Public Places, Chambers, kitchen or pantry.
No one shall, under any circumstances, bring a dog or any other animal in any place of the Club.
Club property accidentally broken, lost or damaged by a Member or guest, shall be charged for at the full replacement cost. Breakages and damages caused will fully, by gross carelessness or when accompanied by infraction of any Club Rule or Standing Order, shall be charged for at double the cost price or double the cost of repairs as the case may be. The award of the Committee in all such cases shall be final.
a) Separate suggestions and complaints books are available.
b) Constructive suggestions unless of sufficient importance to merit the attention of the Committee, shall be dealt with, by the Honorary Secretary.
c) Complaints shall be considered as directed to the Committee who shall consider the same and take appropriate action, and reply to the Member who makes a complaint, within 7 days after a scheduled meeting of the Committee following the receipt of the complaint.
             Standard room single occupancy – Rs 1876 + service tax @ 14.5 %
             Standard room double occupancy – Rs 1945 + service tax @ 14.5 %
             Deluxe room single occupancy – Rs 2267 + service tax @ 14.5 %
             Deluxe room double occupancy – Rs 2345 + service tax @ 14.5 %
             Bulk booking: (Bulk booking means a booking of seven or more rooms by a Member or an Affiliated Club Member)
             A Member or an Affiliated Club Member who wishes to book at a time seven or more than seven rooms shall communicate Club office in written request. The rooms will be booked on availability and first come first serve basis. For each room one day room tariff and service tax shall be deposited in advance, then only the booking will be confirmed. After confirmation SMS and E-Mail will be sending to concerned Member. If a Member or an Affiliated Club Member who booked the rooms wants to cancel the same, He / She ays from the date of check-in if so the request attract no cancellation charges. If the cancellation request reaches the Club office lesser than ten day shall be communicate to the club office in written request on or before ten dfrom the date of check-in entire advance amount will be forfeited.
Following complimentary services are available for room occupants at present.
22. Room guests will be provided with the Temporary Membership card to use sports facilities.
1. a) Dining Hall shall remain open as under:
Breakfast       – 7.30 am to 10.00 am
Lunch         – 12.00 pm to 2.30 pm
Evening Tea    – 4.00 pm to 6.00 pm
Dinner         – 7.30 pm to 11.00 pm
Snacks        – 11.00 am to 2.00 pm and 6.00 pm to 10.30 pm (Subject to availability of required items)
b) The Dining facilities will close at 12.00 mid night on all days and party will close at 12.30 p.m., extendable On Payment of late fee of Rs.20. /- per head per hour thereafter.
c) The late fee is up to the above stipulated times, and thereafter the Dining Room will be closed.
2. The last order for lunch shall be 10.00 am and for dinner 5.00 pm. A la carte service will be available 07.00 pm to 10.00 pm.
3.  Lunch and dinner shall generally be in accordance with the Club Menu for the day. In case this is not possible for any reason, an alternative meal will be offered.
4. Charges as fixed by the Committee from time to time shall be applicable and shall be posted on the Club notice Board, Dining Room and also in Chamber notice board.
No foods shall be brought from outside by individual Members, under any circumstances, except for parties as laid down separately. And it will be charged (Except Cake) at Rs. 15 per item per head, in addition to the price for the banquet menu, maximum two items can be allowed. No raw materials shall be brought in for the party for preparation in the Club Kitchen.
a) Along with the monthly Club Program, a menu for the Club events and other Special Functions shall also be circulated.
b) Orders for meals are also accepted over telephone. Such orders along with time and date of the order, are duly entered in a list kept with the Manager or F& B in-charge.
c) Bar and dining facilities will be provided separately.
1. The library shall remain open during office hours i.e. on all days except Sundays and holidays, from 10.00 am to 1.00 pm and 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm.
2. The Club subscribes for a few magazines and daily newspapers which are placed in folders kept at the magazine corner and newspaper stand of the Club.
These magazines and newspapers are not to be removed from their places to any other place of the Club.
3. A list of books bought for the library during the month shall be displayed on the Club Notice Board.
4. A Member may take out up to 3 books at a time and may retain the same for 7 days at a stretch.
5. Books which are not returned shall be charged at the full replacement cost.
This shall cover private parties of Members.
1. Breakfast, lunch, tea, cocktails and dinner will come within the purview of holding of parties.
2. The following class of Members can host a party in the Club:
a) Ordinary Members (Resident and Non- Resident)
b) Life Members (Resident and Non-Resident)
c) Short Term Resident Members
d) Corporate Members and their nominees
e) Honorary Members
3. a) The Member hosting a party shall be one of those detailed in Clause 3 above and shall be present at the party. Members are not permitted to host a party in the Club on behalf of any non- member or outside organization. Subscription parties by Members are not permitted.
b) Parties for business promotions and parties on behalf of social organizations are strictly prohibited.
4. LOCATION:
i) Parties can be held at the following places:
a) The Pavilion
b) Conference Room
c) Pavilion verandah
d) The lawn between the Pavilion and the Swimming Pool
e) Ground floor room in the GYM block
f) Lounge [only during day 10.00 hrs to 18.00 hrs]
The Dining Room, when used as an extension to the parties held, shall be on a non-exclusive basis. It will not be available for use on Club event days.
ii) Parties will not be permitted in the following areas:
a) The Bar b) The Main Lounge c) The lawn between the Main Club House and the Chambers
d) The Main Lawn (i.e. the one adjoining the Bar)
5. Members are to submit their requisition for a party, in writing, to reach the Club Office at least 24 hours in advance.
6. Allocation of any particular area is dependent on prior booking by other Members of the Club, the weather, and the number of people constituting the private party.
7. Parties are not permitted anywhere in the Club on Event Nights.
8. Other than on Club Event Nights, parties are permitted in the designated areas on all days without prior permission of the Committee.
9. The Club’s music and lighting facilities will be made available free of cost. The use of Projector will be at applicable charges. Any Additional furniture, lighting etc, will be charged separately. Party venue charges shall be fixed by the Committee, from time to time shall be applicable. Refer venue booking page for Present charges.
10. Club Members hosting private parties will not be permitted to bring their own personnel for cooking, serving, etc. at the said parties. If outside assistance is required, the Club will make its own arrangements.
11. Party booking & confirmation of price as per order form.
12. The additional charge as determined by the Committee, from time to time, will be levied on a per head basis subject to maximum of two dishes.
13. No soft drinks, alcohol, water or any beverages are to be brought in from outside.
14. Cancellation charges shall be as determined by the Committee, from time to time. And if cancelled below twelve hours from the scheduled time of the party 30% of the total cost of catering will be the cancellation charges.
15. Time limit for parties shall be 12.30 midnight. Late fee for every hour or part thereof after the time limit shall be as determined by the Committee, from time to time. At present the late fee is Rs.20.00 per hour per person for the number of persons booked for the party.
16. Sit down breakfast/ lunch/dinner can be arranged for limited persons.
17. The Member who is hosting the party shall be responsible for the general conduct of his guests and ensure that the party is held without causing any inconvenience or hindrance to the normal activities of the Club.
18. The Member who is hosting the party shall ensure that the guests observe the Club Dress Regulations.
19. Party Bills shall be settled within 15 days of presentation failing which a late payment charge, as determined by the Committee, from time to time, will be levied on the bill amount.
20. Members violating the guidelines for hosting parties shall lose their privilege to host parties for one year.
1. General:
a) A member must enter the names of his/her guests in the Guest register’.
b) Persons wearing sports outfits are not allowed to enter the Public Places at any time.
c) Persons using sports facilities shall be appropriately dressed to take part in the sport.
d) Guests cannot use any sports facility without the Member being present.
e) Room guests have to bring temporary card to use sports facilities.
f) The charges shall be fixed by the Committee, from time to time, and shall be posted on the notice Board.
2. Swimming Pool:
a) The swimming pool remains open as under all days except Tuesday – 6.00 am to10.00 am & 4.00 pm to 8.00 pm.
b) An attendant shall be available during these hours.
c) Member should accompany children below 15 years and guests.
d) Before getting into the pool everyone must use showers.
e) Swimming costumes must be worn & women have to wear a swimming cap compulsary.
f) Snacks and non alcoholic beverages shall be served in the swimming pool seating area.
g) All persons using the swimming pool do so at their own risk responsibility and no claim of injury, accident, damage etc. shall be made against the Club or the Members of the Club, either individually or collectively.
h) The charges fixed by the Committee, from time to time, shall be applicable.
3. Tennis:
a) The Tennis Courts shall remain open as under: All days: 6.00 am to 9.30 am & 3.00 pm to 8.00 pm
b) The Tennis marker shall be in attendance during these hours.
c) The charges fixed by the Committee, from time to time, shall be applicable.
4. Billiards Room:
a) The Billiards Room shall remain open as under: All days: 10.00 am to 2.00 pm & 6.00 pm to 10.00 pm
b) The Billiards Marker shall be in attendance during these hours except on Fridays.
c) Light snacks, sandwiches and drinks are permitted to be served or consumed at the Billiards Room.
d) Nobody shall sit on any portion of the Billiards Table, nor shall smoke cigars, cigarettes, pipes or drinks be placed on any part of the Table.
e) Any person cutting, burning or damaging in any way the Billiards Table cloth, cushions etc. Shall render himself liable to be fined and the amount of fine will be at the discretion of the Committee.
f) If the Committee finds the damage extensive, it may ask the Member to replace the Billiards table cloth, cushions etc.
g) Billiards Association Rules shall be applicable for Billiards, Snooker and Slosh games.
h) The charges fixed by the Committee, from time to time, shall be applicable.
5. Cards:
a) The Cards Room shall remain open as under: All days: 10.00 am to 11.00 pm
b) Light snacks and drinks only are permitted to be served or consumed at the Cards Room.
c) International Rules for the respective card games shall apply.
d) The charges fixed by the Committee from time to time, shall be applicable.
6. Gymnasium:
a) The Gymnasium shall remain open on all days as under: 6.00 am to 10.00 am & 4.00 pm to 8.00 pm
b) A trained Gym Assistant will be in attendance during the said hours, except on Sundays.
c) Light snacks and drinks are permitted to be served or consumed only in the Gym entrance area.
d) No Smoking will be allowed in the Gymnasium room.
e) All persons using the Gym do so at their own risk and at their entire responsibility and no claim of injury, accident, damage etc. shall be made against t the Club, or Members either individually or collectively.
f) The charges fixed by the Committee, from time to time, shall be applicable.
a) The Member bringing guests must ensure that their guests are duly registered in the Guests’ Register. Similarly, the Members of the affiliated Clubs must register themselves in the Affiliated Members Register.
b) Occupants of the Chambers are not permitted to bring their guests to the public places or recreational areas.
Bills must be made in the name of the Member of the Club, subject to the following modifications:
a) A Member may give, in writing, that apart from subscriptions and the like, bills could be drawn in the name of the Company/Companies with which they are legally associated with.
b) A Member may also give, in writing that bills of guests staying in the Chambers be drawn in the name of their guests (individuals or Companies) or in the name of the Company/Companies with which the Members are legally associated with.
c) Members’ monthly bills are to be settled either by way of cash, cheque, demand draft, NEFT(E-mail confirmation required) and credit/debit card. Tendering of cash and payment by credit/debit cards must be done at the Club’s office during office hours, and a receipt obtained. Cash is not to be transmitted through the staff of the Club other than those who are authorized to receive cash at the Club Office.
d) Guests, Members of the affiliated Clubs, as well as the Members can effect cash payment for beverages and food consumed.
e) Members are required to write their name or Membership code and sign the vouchers for beverages, meals, snacks if partaken by them in the Club, on all occasions.
Bills must be made in the name of the Member of the Club, subject to the following modifications:

The Credit Policies shall be as detailed below:
a) The time limit will be restricted to as enjoined in Rules IX (4), (5) and (6) of the Club’s Bye-Laws.
b) The monetary limit shall not exceed Rs.20, 000/- at any particular time, and should it, credit will be stopped. Prior to stopping credit, the Members concerned will be cautioned when the outstanding reach about Rs.15,000/-. Interest at 2% per month will be charged on unpaid bills, after a period of 60 days from the date of billing.
c) Party bills/Chamber bills, which for the purpose of extending credit, are treated separately from that of the individual Member’s bills, if not paid within 15 days of billing, will be treated as part of the individual Member’s bills. As there is no monetary limit, the Club reserves the right to ask for an advance as it deems fit.
